Oakes Insure Joins Acrisure Eleven Network

At Oakes Insure, trust has always been at the heart of what we do. Many of our clients have been with us for years, some long before Oakes Insure joined its previous network, and I have never taken that loyalty for granted.

That is why I wanted to personally share an important update.

From 8 June 2026, Oakes Insure has moved to a new insurance network, now known as Acrisure Eleven Network. This follows more than eight successful years working with the Gauntlet Group, who have supported us with areas such as client payment facilities, administration, compliance services and access to insurers.

This is a change behind the scenes, but the most important thing for clients to know is simple: you remain Oakes Insure clients.

This was not a quick decision.

I spent around a year considering and negotiating this change before deciding it was the right step for Oakes Insure and, more importantly, for the individuals, businesses, organisations, families and teams we support.

Insurance is built on trust, advice and long-term relationships. I would never make a move like this unless I believed it was in the best interests of our clients and the future of the business.

Joining Acrisure Eleven Network gives Oakes Insure access to a wider network of support, expertise and insurer relationships. In practical terms, that means we can continue doing what we do best while benefiting from the backing and resources of a larger insurance group.

For most clients, very little changes day to day.

You will still deal with Oakes Insure. You will still receive the personal service, honest guidance and practical support you expect from us. Our name, our values and our commitment to looking after clients remain exactly the same.

Oakes Insurance Brokers Ltd and Oakes Insure will continue to be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Clients can continue to place their trust in the Oakes Insure name for their insurance and protection needs.

There is nothing you need to do.

You are not Gauntlet Group’s clients. You are not Acrisure’s clients. You are not simply network clients. You are, and I sincerely hope will remain, Oakes Insure clients.

Over the years, Oakes Insure has supported thousands of individuals, businesses and organisations with their insurance needs. Many of those relationships are here in Dorset, where local knowledge, personal service and straightforward advice still matter.

Whether we are helping a family, a small business, a growing organisation or a long-standing client reviewing their cover, our role is to provide clear, professional guidance and support when it matters.

The insurance market has become more challenging in recent years, with national and international issues affecting premiums, availability and cover. I cannot promise that this move will automatically mean lower prices or better terms in every case. That would not be honest, and it is not how we work.

What I can say is that this move gives Oakes Insure access to additional support and opportunities, which may help us continue to find suitable insurance solutions for our clients.

This is an exciting step for Oakes Insure, but it is also a careful one.

The aim is not to change what clients already value. It is to strengthen the support behind the business while keeping the same personal service at the front.

For existing clients, it remains business as usual. For new clients looking for an insurance broker in Dorset, Oakes Insure continues to offer the same practical, personal and professional approach that has helped us build long-term relationships over many years.
